Pictures of the week--things that made me smile!

I've been rotating at JCL-Deer Valley doing rotations in the morning, when I found this sign!!
It made me smile!
GO PA's, we made it onto the sign... (never mind about the nurse practitioners...they can dictate wherever they want)

For those of you who haven't figured it out yet, the one on the right is Natalie!

We had the ultrasound last week, and found out we are having a little girl!

The ultrasound was really cool, but the tech forgot to hit Record on the DVR, so we only have about 5 minutes of the half-hour ultrasound, and it's really hard to figure out what you're looking at without some frame-of-reference. Not only that, but this might be the most active baby in the world, and she wouldn't hold still for the 3D images, so she looks more like a monkey than a baby!

It's a good thing we're having a girl, because we've been having a really hard time coming up with names for boys. We have something like 8 potential girl names that we like, so all we have to do is pick our favorite, which actually turns out to be pretty tough.

Natalie is due on October 16th, which is only about 6 weeks after she graduates from PA school!
